Gospel Singer Kehinde Adegbodu Reassures Fans After House Fire Leaves Him With Minor Injuries

Nigerian gospel singer Kehinde Adegbodu has reassured fans that he is recovering well after a minor fire incident at his home left him with injuries to his face and left hand.

In a video circulating online, the Ibadan-based singer said he chose not to publicise the incident on social media, adding that he is medically fit and recovering.

Adegbodu revealed that the fire affected parts of his face, including his lips, as well as his left hand. However, he dismissed suggestions that the incident was a spiritual attack, saying everyone faces different challenges in life, whether physical or spiritual.

He appealed to fans to keep him in their prayers as he continues to recover.

The singer also addressed speculation linking the fire to alcohol consumption, insisting that alcohol played no role in the incident. He explained that his recent weight loss was health-related and not connected to excessive drinking.

According to Adegbodu, some people criticised his appearance after the death of his twin brother, urging him to lose weight because of his physique.

He stressed that he is not seriously ill and thanked supporters for their concern, assuring them that his condition is stable and he remains in good health.
