South African-born model, Chidnma Vanessa Onwe Adetshina has accepted the offer to participate in Miss Universe Nigeria 2024.

Following her withdrawal from the Miss South Africa 2024 competition due to bullying and the report about her mother from the Home Affairs Department, the beauty queen decided to leave the pageant for her and her family’s safety.

On Wednesday, Chidinma Adetshina announced she will participate in the Miss Universe Nigeria.

“Acceptance letter from Silverbird Group, organizers of Miss Universe Nigeria. Hello everyone 🫶🏾My name is Chidimma Vanessa Onwe Adetshina. I cannot start this video without expressing my gratitude to all the amazing/incredible people that have shown me so much love and support.

I have received an invitation from the Silverbird Group who are the organizers of the Miss Universe Nigeria pageant to participate in the Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 ,and I say this with great excitement because I have decided to accept this invitation.

I understand the responsibilities and expectations that come with this title and I am so excited to embark on this journey.

Thank you so much for this opportunity, and I look forward to participating in Africa’s most prestigious beauty pageant, Miss Universe Nigeria .
