Senator Ishaku Abbo Denies Viral S3x Video

Nigerian Married Woman Speaks Out Against Former Senator Ishaku Abbo After Leaked Sex Video

A leaked sex video tape has sparked outrage in Nigeria, with Mrs. Wange Minso Kwagga, a victim of blackmail from Michika, Adamawa State, speaking out against former Senator Elisha Ishaku Abbo.

In a public statement that has now gone viral on Facebook (Meta), and seen by Daily Correspondents, Mrs. Kwagga, a married woman, expressed remorse for her involvement in the compromising video and shared her harrowing experience, alleging that Senator Abbo took advantage of her vulnerability and lured her into committing a sexual act with him.

Senator Elisha Abbo, who once represented Adamawa North District, initially won the senatorial election in Adamawa State on February 25, 2023, under the All Progressives Congress (APC). However, his victory was short-lived as the Court of Appeal in Abuja annulled his election in October of the same year.

The Senator has also been at the centre of controversy in the past, particularly regarding an incident at a intimacy gadget shop in Abuja.

Narrating her ordeal, Mrs. Kwagga expressed deep remorse for her behaviour and acknowledged the pain and disappointment she had caused her husband and community.

She alleged that Senator Abbo recorded the explicit act without her consent, aiming to blackmail her. She claimed that her life and that of her husband are now under threat.

In the video, Mrs. Kwagga had called on relatives, friends, and well-wishers to stand by her and her husband in seeking justice.

She encouraged other married women and young ladies who have faced similar experiences with Senator Abbo to come forward and speak out.

The circulation of the compromising footage has triggered a national outcry in Nigeria, with many voices demanding that Senator Abbo be brought to justice for his purported wrongdoing.

Mrs. Kwagga had vowed to provide strong evidence against the former Senator in the court of law in the coming days.

Attempts by this newspaper to reach Senator Abbo for comment via phone were unsuccessful, as all his known phone numbers appeared to be inactive or turned off as at the time of this report.
