DJ Zinhle, born Ntombezinhle Jiyane, has openly expressed her admiration for international music star Chris Brown, sparking mixed reactions online.

The American singer landed in South Africa on Thursday for his two-day concert in Johannesburg, an event many fans have been eagerly anticipating.

Taking to social media, DJ Zinhle shared a lighthearted video where she joked about her longing to meet Chris.

“Guys, Christopher has arrived, and I’m not OK. He’s here in Joburg and could literally be staying 20 or 30 minutes away from me, and I won’t get to see him. I’m honestly not OK,” she said. She playfully added, “Please tell me where he lives so I can go camp outside his hotel.”

Unfortunately, the award-winning DJ revealed that she won’t be able to attend Chris Brown’s concert due to other engagements.

“I won’t be able to go to his show because I’ll be working. What will I do if Chris Brown leaves South Africa without me seeing him?” she lamented. She humorously warned, “If anyone sees him outside the concert and posts about it, I’ll block you.”

While many found her comments amusing, they also drew criticism from some social media users.

“This is proof that a woman can be married and still be interested in other men,” one Twitter user commented. Another added, “Imagine marrying someone who invites this kind of disrespect… we stand with Murdah Bongz in these humbling times.”

Others, however, came to Zinhle’s defense, pointing out that her remarks were harmless and made in good fun.
