Empoli And Cagliari Keep Tabs On David Okereke

Nigeria‘s forward David Okereke is looking to leave Italian Serie B club Cremonese before the summer transfer window closes.

Okereke, who spent last season on loan at Torino, did not secure a permanent move after failing to make a significant impact.

He recorded nine appearances without scoring a goal for the Club.

Interest in the former Club Brugge player is reportedly coming from Empoli and Cagliari.

According to CagliariNews, Cagliari is considering a move for Okereke, but it will depend on the sale of their centre-forward, Gianluca Lapadula.
