Pop Star Ariana Grande Launches ‘Eternal Sunshine’ Tour After 7-Year Hiatus

American pop superstar Ariana Grande has officially made her grand return to the stage, launching her highly anticipated “Eternal Sunshine” concert tour in Oakland, California.

The opening show on Saturday night marked the singer’s first major live concert tour since 2019, ending a nearly seven-year break from large-scale touring.

Fans inside the arena erupted in cheers as the award-winning musician kicked off a high-energy performance that blended new tracks from her Eternal Sunshine album with the biggest hits from her career catalogue.

The tour launch marks a major career milestone for Grande, who had largely paused her music performances in recent years to focus on her acting. She recently earned widespread critical acclaim for her role as Glinda in the blockbuster Wicked movies.

The Oakland concert kicks off a massive global tour schedule that is expected to take the pop star across North America and overseas in the coming months.
