Super Eagles head coach Éric Chelle has firmly backed his recent squad selections, offering a detailed explanation for why he has handed debuts to several fresh faces during the Unity Cup tournament and the team’s latest international fixtures.
Chelle’s recent call-ups have raised eyebrows, particularly after he included eight home-based players in his roster for the Unity Cup.
