Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has been subjected to criticisms after being conferred with a new title by a Muslim Foundation.

The ABD Azeez Islamic Foundation conferred the title of Arowoshadinni upon the gifted role interpreter.

Mercy Aigbe shared the happy news online, reintroduced herself with her new title, and expressed her gratitude for the honor.

A Muslim skeptic who pointed out how everything in life is now about money didn’t take the news well. He claimed that this was not the Islam that their Prophet ha d left for them.
